During AGMs, the annual report is presented and the NSDL’s financial performance and future strategic direction are discussed.

EGMs: Transparent Procedures For Urgent Resolutions

At NSDL, Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) serve as important forums to make urgent decisions. The board of directors call for EGMs as and when it is deemed necessary to address pressing issues that are beyond the scope of regular AGMs. As required by SEBI regulations, circulars are issued before such meetings and the proceedings of the same are shared afterwards.

Postal Ballot: e-Platform Allows Seamless And Secure Voting

NSDL's e-Voting platform empowers shareholders to securely vote on company resolutions electronically. Authorised by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, NSDL's electronic platform facilitates convenient voting for resolutions during Postal Ballots, AGMs, or EGMs, ensuring efficient member participation.
