Shri Parveen Kumar Gupta retired as Managing Director, (Retail & Digital Banking) from State Bank of India (“SBI”). He was a Whole Time Director on SBI Board.

He has experience in the banking sector of over 37 years and has held various positions in the SBI group, including MD (Compliance & Risk), MD & CEO, SBI Capital Markets Ltd, DMD & CFO, SBI DMD (Global Markets), Dy. CEO, SBI-MACQUARIE Infra. Mgmt. (P) LTD., and CGM (Global Markets), SBI.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

He was a member of the Expert Committee on Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, headed by Mr. U.K. Sinha, former Chairman of SEBI, constituted by RBI.

A seasoned banker and a financial market veteran with over three decades of experience, Mr. Chandok brings a wealth of expertise in BFSI sector. Prior to joining NSDL, he held pivotal roles at the ICICI Group, including on the Board of ICICI Bank as an Executive Director. Most recently he served as Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Securities Ltd.

Mr. Vijay Chandok holds a master's degree in management studies (MMS) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. He also holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) (IIT-BHU), Varanasi (formerly IT-BHU). He was conferred with the Distinguished Alumnus Award from NMIMS University in 2017.

Ms. Sripriya Kumar is a Chartered Accountant having over 25 years of experience in Risk Advisory Services. She is a Partner of SPR & Co., Chartered Accountants and have also worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ford India Limited. 

She is a registered insolvency professional and is currently serving as an Independent Director on the Boards of Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited in addition to the Directorships at institutions promoted by ICAI. She also presently serves as an elected member on the Central Council of the ICAI (2022-25 and earlier in 2016-19). 

Having a distinguished academic record with country top scores at school and college levels, Mr. Sripriya had scored All India Rank 17th in CA inter examinations in November 1994. After completing her schooling from the DAV School, Chennai in 1990, she had completed her graduation from the Ethiraj College for Women in 1993.

Shri Sanjay Panicker, aged 52 years, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Finance). He joined IDBI Bank in May 1998. During his tenure with the bank, he has worked extensively in corporate financing, infrastructure financing and restructuring of advances.

He has worked as Executive Assistant in the Managing Director's of ice for four years. Thereafter, he has headed the Pune Retail Zone of the Bank. He has also worked in the Finance and Accounts Department of the Bank responsible for balance sheet preparation and handling the strategic investments in subsidiaries and associates of the Bank.

As Executive Director, he currently heads the Corporate Strategy and Planning Department and Administration Department in the Bank.

Shri Sriram Krishnan has over 27 years of work experience in the Indian banking and capital markets space. He has spent about 22 years with multinational organisations, across corporate and institutional banking, asset management and securities services at various levels of seniority. 

His current role with the NSE, as Chief Business Development Officer, entails establishing and managing business strategy and advocacy, product lifecycle and all business alliances and relationships. Sriram also oversees marketing & corporate communication and economic policy & research. 

In his previous roles, Mr. Sriram has worked for over 20 years across HSBC, Citi and Deutsche Bank. In his immediately previous role with Deutsche Bank India, he was Managing Director & Co‐Head of Global Transaction Banking. He is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant from India.

Dr. Shashank Saksena holds degrees of Master of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Law from the University of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, and an M.Sc. in Macroeconomic Policy & Planning in Developing Countries from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. He also has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh and has authored numerous articles and book chapters on financial regulation, insolvency, and pension reforms.

Dr. Shashank Saksena has over 35 years of experience in financial sector policy, economic governance, and regulatory reforms. In his last assignment, he served as a Consultant in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, where he led India’s G20 financial sector work and advised on financial stability, cybersecurity, and financial sector reforms. He was also a Senior Economic Adviser in Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. He has played a pivotal role in major legislative initiatives including The Factoring Regulation Act (2011), Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (2016), Monetary Policy Framework (2016), Fugitive Economic Offenders Act (2018), and the Bilateral Netting of Qualified Financial Contracts Act (2020). He served as Appellate Authority under the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and was also given additional charge of the post of Member, Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) under the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985. 

Dr. Shashank Saksena has served in key positions across the different Departments of Ministry of Finance for over two decades, contributing to reforms in financial sector, pension systems, banking, and crisis-management framework during the 2008 global financial crisis. He has represented India on international platforms such as the Financial Stability Board and participated in global pension and financial sector conferences and Working Groups. He has also held board-level positions in major financial institutions including Allahabad Bank, Central Bank of India, AIC, DICGC, and statutory regulatory bodies like PFRDA and IBBI.
