Comprehensive DP Support At Every Level of Engagement

NSDL’s support framework is aimed at empowering DPs to offer seamless service to their clients. DPs receive comprehensive assistance across all engagement levels, from onboarding to service inquiries, from compliance guidance to technical support for back office activities. The prompt assistance helps DPs navigate complexities efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

From Onboarding To Insurance, Full-Spectrum Guidance For DPs

DPs can seek assistance with various aspects of their engagement with NSDL. 

  • DPs can access support for joining NSDL, service centre inquiries and modifications in participant details, policy related matters. There are dedicated support channels to offer guidance on inspection compliance, periodic submissions, internal audits, compliance certificates and other essential submissions required by DPs. 
  • There are also dedicated desks offering assistance and information regarding DP billing, specialised products such as SPEED-e, IDeAS and NSDL Mobile APP, as well as guidance on insurance-related queries within the depository system.

Dedicated Support Channels For Technical Concerns

NSDL has taken the initiative of having dedicated technical support channels for DPs. This approach empowers DPs to swiftly address their technical queries regarding SPEED-e Helpdesk, e-Pass DSC Mapping and Pass Technical issues. The streamlined assistance enables DPs to offer uninterrupted and efficient services to their clients, fostering smoother operations within the depository system.
