He is an acclaimed thought leader in financial markets and has about four decades of professional experience. This includes various positions such as Chairperson of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), Member of the Competition Commission of India (CCI), Secretary of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Whole-time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and Economic Adviser with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
