Ms. Sripriya Kumar

Ms. Sripriya Kumar is a Chartered Accountant having over 25 years of experience in Risk Advisory Services. She is a Partner of SPR & Co., Chartered Accountants and have also worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ford India Limited. She is a registered insolvency professional and is currently serving as an Independent Director on the Boards of Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited in addition to the Directorships at institutions promoted by ICAI. She also presently serves as an elected member on the Central Council of the ICAI (2022-25 and earlier in 2016-19). Having a distinguished academic record with country top scores at school and college levels, Mr. Sripriya had scored All India Rank 17th in CA inter examinations in November 1994. After completing her schooling from the DAV School, Chennai in 1990, she had completed her graduation from the Ethiraj College for Women in 1993.
