Corporate Actions – Manager (Issuer Services)

• Managing a team of 4~5 employees who is responsible for processing of various types of corporate actions
• Manage efficiency and productivity of team members on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure timely, correct and complete processing of Equity ISIN allocation and Corporate Action requests from the Issuers
• Co-ordination with Issuers and R&T Agents
• Tracking record date on exchange site on daily basis and ensure completion of depository related compliances post listing.
• Handling Audit / regulatory inspections
• Ensure adherence of regulatory requirements/guidelines and timely completion of various compliances
• Ensure timely submission of various reports to the regulators.
• Preparation of various MIS
• Working towards enhancing the internal processes and ensure well drafted Standard Operating
