The key objective of our Livelihood/Skill Development Project named as ‘Artha SAMARTH’ is to skill or up-skill the youth by imparting sector specific skillsets as per industry demands and further, providing the livelihood linkages through employment or entrepreneurship. Primarily, NSDL and its group companies impart BFSI sector specific skills to the targeted youth who have great potential to serve the sector. Through Artha SAMARTH, we have been skilling the deserving youth on job roles such as Business Correspondent-Business Facilitator, Mutual Fund Distributors, Insurance Agents, Banking Operations, etc. Our skilling commitment is also extended towards disability inclusion to train the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and thereby making them Atmanirbhar.
