We believe that every individual deserves a basic healthcare and a good health shall foster the community growth and thereby build a strong nation. Our health projects aim to provide diagnostic, curative as well as preventive healthcare including primary healthcare services in the communities. Through our initiatives, we have been able to increase access to basic medical services and also to augment awareness on health and nutrition among the targeted communities. As a part of our continuous commitment, we have been offering a comprehensive eye care for people engaged in unorganized occupations such as salt-pan workers, farmers, drivers, tailors, etc. NSDL has also been serving the cause of Thalassemia by providing basic medical facilities to the patients. Our Mobile Medical Unit- Project Sanjeevani (also known as Clinic on Wheel) has been providing a primary healthcare services in the urban slums, rural and tribal areas of the country.
